2025 Annual Church Vote

Church member 15 years of age and older are eligible to vote.
We ask our whole Five Mile family to pray for these important decisions.

A. Please YES or NO for each name below. Any names receiving more than 50% YES, will be added to the church board:

Part C is a "Yes" or "No" vote for a proposal that allows the board to approve District Assembly delegates based on the recommendations of Pastor Steve.

C. Please vote YES or NO for the proposal below, allow the board to approve delegates to the District Assembly based on recommendations from the pastor. Greater than 50% is required to pass:
