1 : The Triune God

Manual version (English): We believe in one eternally existent, infinite God, Sovereign Creator and Sustainer of the universe; that He only is God, holy in nature, attributes, and purpose. The God who is holy love and light is Triune in essential being, revealed as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

Simplified English (unofficial): We believe there is one God who has always existed and will always exist. This God created and takes care of everything in the universe. Only He is truly God - pure, perfect, and with holy purposes. This God, who is both loving and light, exists as three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, while still being one God.

Manual version (Swahili): Tunamwamini Mungu mmoja aishiye milele na asiye na kikomo. Yeye ni muumbaji na kiongozi wa ulimwengu. Mungu anadumisha viumbe vyote. Mungu ni mtakatifu kwa asili, sifa na tabia na kwa kusudi. Mungu ni nuru takatifu na upendo mtakatifu. Mungu ni mmoja ambaye asili yake ni ya utatu. Mungu anadhihirika kama Baba, Mwana na Roho Mtakatifu.
